I could add something like recife.cidadon.com.
It could have a map where people could see proposed projects in their neighborhood.
I could fetch the name of streets from the propositions API and position them on a map.
Users could also signup for "watching" a certain neighborhood or street, be notified when it's mentioned
and have it centralized on the map.

Cities with decent/good APIs I've found so far:

Recife
SP
